Are you a person with a disability? Do you use survey software tools? We are seeking people with disabilities to provide feedback on their experience using survey software tools.

The Accessibility User Research Collective (AURC) is seeking people with disabilities to take part in a web-based research project being conducted by Microsoft.  The goal of this study is to better understand the user experience of the survey software tool, Microsoft Forms. 

To be eligible you must:

1. Have a disability

2. Be 18 years of age or older 

3. Prefer English for reading and writing

4. Be a member of the Accessibility User Research Collective (AURC) by completing our member form at: https://is.gd/AURCmemberform

 Participants will be asked to carry out a few tasks using Microsoft Forms and complete a short questionnaire about their user experience. This study should take about 15 to 20 minutes. At the end of the study, participants will each receive a $20 stipend for their time and effort.This study is part of a larger study to understand the usability of Microsoft Forms outside of the business or work environment.
