Are you a person with a disability? We are seeking people who identify as experiencing blindness, low vision, deafness, or hard of hearing to provide feedback on Cosmo, a learning “bot” that is able to access informational videos on Microsoft products.

The Accessibility User Research Collective (AURC) is looking for people with visual impairment or hearing loss to take part in a research project being conducted by Microsoft. The goal of this study is to improve the usability and accessibility of Cosmo, a learning bot that enables users to access informational videos about Microsoft products.

To be eligible you must:

1. Have a disability – (blindness or very low vision; deafness or hard of hearing)

2. Be 18 years of age or older

3. Prefer English for reading and writing.

4. Be a member of the Accessibility User Research Collective (AURC)

Participants in this study will be asked to carry out a few simple tasks via the online Cosmo learning bot system and answer questions online. Participants will access informational videos and answer questions about their user experience. Participation in this study may take about 45 minutes. After the study has concluded, each participant will receive a $40 stipend for their time and effort
