The Accessibility User Research Collective (AURC) is looking for people who use Mac computers to take part in a research project being conducted by Microsoft team members. Microsoft Outlook is a software application that can be used to send and receive emails, and manage other personal data, such as calendar appointments, tasks, and contacts.
Microsoft researchers would like to understand more about the user experience of individuals with disabilities that use Mac computers as they test Outlook email and calendar features and functions.
The overall goal of this study is to evaluate the accessibility and usability of the new version Outlook for Mac computer users.
To be eligible you must:
Have a disability
Use a Mac computer
Be 18 years of age or older
Be English speaking
Be a member of the Accessibility User Research Collective (AURC)
Participants in this study will be asked to test either the email or the calendar feature and functions in Outlook, and then answer questions about their user experience and a few questions about themselves. Participation in this study may take up to 30-45 minutes to complete. After completing the study, participants will each receive a $40 stipend for their time and effort.
