The Accessibility User Research Collective (AURC) and Microsoft researchers are conducting a usability study to gather data on the user experience of account.microsoft.com.
Microsoft customers use account.microsoft.com to manage their relationship with Microsoft, such as managing their purchases, updating their profile and privacy settings, reviewing billing and payments, and handling subscriptions. The purpose of this study will be to gather user experience data on the “Payments and Billing” vertical account.microsoft.com. Data gathered from this study will be used to improve the usability and accessibility of Microsoft products and services for people with various disabilities.
To be eligible you must:
Individuals with visual impairment (blindness/very low vision), cognitive disabilities, or learning disabilities
Be at least 18 years of age or older
Prefer English for reading and writing
Be a member of the Accessibility User Research Collective (AURC)
Participants will be asked to answer questions about themselves, their technology use, and their experiences using account.microsoft.com. Study participation should take no more than 60 minutes and will be conducted via a survey platform. Following study completion, each participant will receive a $50 stipend for their time and effort.
