Bigger and brighter mouse pointers in Windows 10
We’ve introduced new mouse pointer sizes and colors to make Windows easier to see. You can now make your mouse pointer up to 8 times larger than default. You can also change to new bright mouse pointer colors or pick your own. Go to Ease of Access Settings (Windows + U), under the “Vision” category, select “Cursor & pointer” to see the list of options. Narrator now has support for Google Chrome

Narrator has a new home experience
Every time you turn on Narrator, you’ll be taken to Narrator Home, which gives you one place where you can access everything you need, including options for the QuickStart, Narrator guide, What’s new, Settings, and providing Feedback. In settings, you can remove Narrator Home from the Alt + Tab list and minimize it to the system tray instead. PowerBI - Chartsand Graphs improve navigation for screen reader and keyboard users
Table View for Charts and Graphs in PowerBI enables users with vision disabilities using a screen reader to easily navigate through data. This also helps keyboard users navigate faster through the data as shortcuts provided by PowerBI make it really easy to go through the data and within each graph or chart.

The split view showing the chart or graph as well as the table gives it a comparable view that is easy to understand, this might also be a nice view for people with cognitive disabilities.
Power BI visual navigation
There are two ways to navigate within visuals to access the data shown within. The first is a provide way to access an HTML table with the data shown in the visual, and the second is keyboard shortcut support for navigating point by point within the visual.
